They offer a range of leisure, therapeutic, educational and social activities and facilities, developed in consultation with our members, in order to promote integration and mental and social well being.

Stockport Suicide Prevention
Stockport Suicide Prevention can help you to find support if you have suicidal feelings, if you are concerned about someone else, or have been bereaved due to suicide.
STUFF is a peer led organisation that supports people who have experience of mental ill-health or emotional issues. STUFF hosts a drop-in service every Wednesday from 2-4pm at Stepping Hill Hospital, giving people an opportunity to talk, find out more information and participate in activities in a safe and relaxing setting. There are forums held at Disability Stockport on the second Monday of each month from 6pm to 7.30pm.

Mental Health Carers Group Stockport
A community group in the Stockport area who care for/about loved ones or friends (of working age) living with a mental health condition. They aim to help with emotional support, information & guidance through a labyrinth of local health service provision, and challenge attitudes to mental illness and aim to make a difference in respect to local, as well as national mental health issues.
Meets every 4th Thursday of the month from 7pm to 9pm.
