Stockport CP Society Community and Home Support Service
Stockport CP Society provides a wide range of activities and support for adults and children with physical and/or learning disabilities, and ASD. They particularly focus on individuals with the most complex needs. The charity currently supports over 1000 people in Stockport and surrounding Local Authority areas to live a more independent life. Stockport CP Society is an independent parent and carer led charity with over 60 years of experience and expertise in supporting disabled people. This service is CQC registered.
This one-to-one service offers high quality, person-centred support for disabled adults either out in the community or in the home.
Support may include the use of facilities such as activity centres or sport/leisure facilities that may otherwise be inaccessible. Stockport CP could provide support to enable you to go shopping, go to the cinema or attend appointments. This support can make a big difference to you and your ability to lead a more independent life.
Home Based Support
Stockport CP can support you in your own home from a couple of hours a week to round the clock care. All support and activities are based on choice, need and aspirations of the individual but support also extends to undertaking personal care tasks, such as getting dressed, having a bath or going to bed.
Stockport CP offers:
- Flexible support to meet individual requirements
- An on-call system to provide response to problems that may arise when support is offered out of hours.
- Individual support plans to meet specific personal, social and educational needs ensuring consistent support from trained and experienced staff.
£14.95 per hour.
