Creative Support is a high quality provider of person centred social care services (with over 25 years’ experience) to support people with a learning disability, physical disability, mental health needs, complex health conditions and additional needs.
We provide a wide range of services to meet each person’s needs, interests and goals, including accommodation, community-based and home support.
As a not for profit agency (a registered society with charitable status) we are committed to using our assets and resources to create meaningful opportunities for the people we support.
All our services are highly individualised, enabling and aspirational to support people in achieving their outcomes, as we passionately believe that all service users have the right to lead an active, fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle.
We offer individualised and person-centred support, tailored to meet the needs of adults with mental health and/or a learning disability. This support can include accessing the local community and engaging in social activities or support at home with daily living, shopping or managing finances.
We provide flexible support including evenings and weekends.
Prior to support commencing, we will complete a full assessment of support needs (enabling us to draw up a support plan bespoke to each individual.)
