solutions. We are CQC registered and we've been around for
nearly 50 years and are proud of our wide ranging knowledge and
specialist expertise.
Ben Davies Court
provides sheltered accommodation for people over the age of 55 and
also some general needs properties for families
What we charge
Tenancy costs and service charges start from £100.28
per week. The service charge includes the
provision of a full time on site manager who deals with repairs,
housing management and low level support, plus a 24 hour warden
call system.
