What we offer
Crossroads Care Stockport offers a full range of services
including regular breaks for carers of anything upward of one hour
per week, personal care and bathing or showering, emergency support
and specialist care for children with complex needs. We always
provide the same Support Worker each week so that you can build up
strong relationships and an environment of trust within your
home.
Our services are available to carers and people with health and
social care needs of all age groups, for people with any disability
or health condition and these services are usually free to carers
who live in the Stockport area once they have had a care needs
assessment by a social worker and been referred by the social work
team to our care management team.
If you think Crossroads may be able to help, we will visit you
at home and, together with the person you care for, design the
service that meets your respective needs.
