Stockport Mind's Crisis Support Service

Does life seem overwhelming? Are you stressed and finding it difficult to cope? Do you feel you have nowhere to turn?

Stockport MIND's Crisis Accommodation and Home Support Service (CAHSS) may be able to help.

CAHSS aims to help people who are experiencing mental distress to help themselves out of a crisis. The service helps to resolves problems and offers counselling, practical and emotional support. It can also help with alternative and supported accommodation when needed and can help you to make plans for the future.

Help and support is available by phone too and trained staff can signpost you to other agencies that may be able to help you.
