The Alcohol Health Advice service offers free, friendly and confidential advice to anyone over the age of 26 who is thinking about cutting down their drinking.

Face-to-face advice and support sessions
For people who are not alcohol-dependent, but are thinking about cutting down their drinking, the Alcohol Health Advice service offers simple self-help strategies and advice. This may be anything from 1-6 brief support sessions, including information about tried and tested ways to cut down how much you drink and live a happier, healthier lifestyle.

In the Community
The service can offer appointments at a number of different times and places to suit you including Stockport Town Centre, community buildings and GP surgeries in some local areas.
