Becoming a volunteer can be personally rewarding and help you to 'give something back' to your community.
As a volunteer you will be giving your time to help others but
you will also increase your own confidence and get a sense of
satisfaction and achievement. It's a great way to make new friends,
try something new and gain new skills, maybe even increase your
future job prospects. There are many ways to volunteer depending on

visiting people at home and delivering community meals. These
