Well Being Centre
Stockport's Well Being Centre is open to the entire community and encourages everyone to improve their own happiness and quality of life.
It's many activities promote good health, happiness and positive
mental wellbeing, empowering local people to take control of their
own lives. Workers and volunteers at the centre strive to provide a
wide range of services, activities and resources so that
everyone can find something that's of value and interest to them.
The centre opens Tuesday (10am - 4.30pm), Wednesday
(10am - 3.00pm), Thursday 10am - 4.30pm) and Friday 10am -
4.00pm so call in to find out what's on offer.

The Big Boat
The Big Boat is a specially built 70 feet long canal boat,
moored on the Peak Forest Canal and available now for hire. Much
more than a canal boat, the Big Boat is a place of rest and
relaxation, with the chance to take part in a range of health and
wellbeing activities, from complementary therapies, to art and
craft sessions.
