Pure Innovations supported employment service works with local companies and organisations to find paid employment that matches the needs and skills of people who have previously been unable to find the right kind of work. This could be because of their physical or learning disabilities, problems with sight or hearing, mental health or substance misuse issues. Short term work placements, which will hopefully lead to full time permanent positions, are arranged with local companies to offer a chance for both employers and employees to explore the work environment.

Community Projects

Pure Innovations run a number of businesses that offer genuine training and volunteering opportunities to help people who cannot get help from mainstream agencies. In a move away from the traditional day services and closer to the world of work, these projects give people a wider choice about how they want to spend their day and include a full-time radio station, a museum and conference centre, environmental schemes and café bars. The projects offer unpaid work placements that can increase confidence, give a sense of satisfaction and achievement and increase future job prospects.
