Pure Employment

Pure believe that anyone who wants to work, can work. All it takes is the right support. We support disabled and disadvantaged people into work experience, training, volunteering and paid employment.

Every client is allocated an Employment Officer, who begins by breaking down the barriers to employment, and moving the candidate closer to the world of work with a comprehensive development plan.

Unique, innovative person-centred approach
Our Job Match process has an impressive record of pinpointing the most appropriate type of job for each individual - and, more importantly, finding the job itself.

Building confidence and independence
Intensive support and training then follow for both candidate and employer. This is gradually phased out as the candidate integrates naturally into the role, the workplace and the community. The end result is a more confident and fulfilled person, with a wage and career and the freedom to make decisions and choices

Community Projects

Helping people move towards independence
At Pure we have developed a number of small enterprises that give people the opportunity to do useful volunteer work- in the community, for the community. Our training projects provide a real work environment, introducing people to working routines and helping them to learn new skills.

Independence and confidence
Every person learns best through real experience. We support people to realise their potential by increasing confidence and independence. The opportunities and activities we offer range from gardening and catering, to media and marketing. Getting into your local community will show people that is you have a disability you are a valued member of society with lots to contribute.
