Family Services Development Project

This is part of the National Autistic Society and it provides a whole range of services for anyone who is living with autism, their family and carers. This includes information and advice, an informative website, newsletter and telephone helpline covering diagnosis, education, employmment, family support, coping strategies, short breaks, benefits advice and leisure opportunities. 

Autistic Society Greater Manchester Area (ASGMA)

This is an independent organisation that provides a range of services to parents and carers of children and adults with Autistism. This includes support groups, a telephone support network, an information and signposting service, a useful resource pack, awareness events and a regular newsletter.

The National Autistic Society

The NAS is the leading UK charity for people with autism, including those with Asperger Syndrome, and their families. NAS provides information, support, services, campaigns and resources.
