Community Mental Health services

If more specialist help is needed and you may be put in touch with the local Community Mental Health services.

There are a number of services and teams in Stockport who are there to support the small number of people with more persistent and potentially serious mental health problems. The majority of these people will recover and live a full life but may need support to do so.

Community Mental Health services are a partnership of health and social care services working together with organisations in the voluntary sector to agree the best way to offer that support. Below are details of the location of the three Community Mental Health teams based in Stockport.
